Please be aware that some orders may take longer than usual (delayed for 2 to 5 days) due to limited transportation services because of COVID-19. We appreciate your patience during this time.
Delivery Details & Options
For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification. As a result, on occasion there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable; charges include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.
Business days are limited to Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays. Our order fulfillment center is closed for the observance of major United States holidays [see below]. This policy may include digital items that are not physically shipped. Orders placed on major holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day.

Shipping Prices
- USPS Standard Flat Rate Retail Mailer: $5.00. Delivery within 5-7 business days with a package tracking receipt emailed to you the day your package leaves our warehouse.
Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in 5-7 business days for the United States and selected Territories. Please allow up to 14 business days for shipments to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.
Wholesale & Bulk
We’re currently not doing wholesale or bulk orders at the moment but we plan to expand our services to include this in the future! Please check back at a later date when we update this information.

In the event you are a client waiting for us to to initiate your Graphic Design Services, you may pay us using any of the methods listed [above], or you may choose to setup a direct deposit to us from your bank. This would make more work for you because you’d have to download this form and setup the appropriate transfer from your bank … but sometimes people want that option?
